Sara Zanella graduated in law at the University of Padua; as part of her university education, she attended the University of Granada (Spain) and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of London (UK). She joined Studio Legale Spinazzi Azzarita Troi in 2021. Sara is a qualified lawyer since 2017 and mainly deals with corporate law, mergers&acquisitions and national and international agreements. She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.

Matteo Consolaro

After graduating in Business and Economics at the University of Verona, Matteo Consolaro served his apprenticeship at leading tax firms in Verona and Vicenza. A chartered accountant and auditor since 2008, has worked for over a decade with an important firm with offices in Milan, Brescia and Vicenza. He mainly deals with extraordinary corporate operations, but also provides advice on both domestic and international tax issues in general. He also gained valuable experience in the field of due diligence operations and business control and planning. He speaks fluent English.

Andrea Cenzi

After completing a three-year programme in Economics and Business Administration and a Master's degree in Economics and Corporate Law at the University of Verona, Andrea Cenzi became a chartered accountant in November 2014 and a statutory auditor in January 2015. He specialises in tax advice, budgeting and accounting, real estate and business administration. He developed his professional expertise at Studio Zulli Tabanelli in Vicenza. He speaks fluent English.

Nicola Ciscato

Chartered accountant since july 2019, he completed the Master Degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Trento and started the training at Studio Lui Bardini, a firm founded in 1931 in Reggiolo. He principally deals with tax consulting, business administration, budgeting and accounting. He speaks English fluently thanks to the Advanced Business Course he attended at the International Language Academy of Canada in Toronto.

Simona Meneguzzo

Simona Meneguzzo, graduated in Accounting and Finance at the University of Venice (Ca’ Foscari). A chartered accountant since October 2017. She mainly deals with extraordinary corporate operations, but also provides advice on domestic accounting and tax issues in general. She has grown a significant experience in the field of due diligence operations, financial planning and analysis, restructuring operations and companies evaluation.

Alberto Crestale, graduated in "Economics, Markets and Management" at the University of Ferrara in 2019. He has been a trainee at Studio Legale Spinazzi Azzarita Troi Genito since May 2020. He mainly deals with tax assistance and advice, business administration, accounting and budgeting.

Federico Barichello

Federico Barichello, a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance and Control at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. Certified Public Accountant and Auditor since February 2020. He is collaborating with Spinazzi Azzarita Troi Genito Law Firm since January 2022. He is mainly involved in tax assistance and advisory, business administration, accounting and budgeting. He has also gained experience in specific consulting regarding non-profit entities and sports organizations.

Debora Michelotto

Debora Michelotto, graduated in “Economics and Law” at the University of Padua in 2020. She has been a trainee at Studio legale SAT since January, 2021. She mainly deals with assistance and advice on direct and indirect taxation to companies and individuals. She supports collaborators in Transfer Pricing activities and collaborates in the definition of Share Incentive Plans in favor of employees and management.

Sebastiano Berto

Sebastiano Berto, graduated in Law at the University of Padua in December 2020; as part of his university career, he attended the University of Grenoble – Alpes (France). He joined Studio Legale SAT in January 2021. Sebastiano is a trainee lawyer and mainly focuses on real estate, civil and corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and national and international agreements. He primarily deals with corporate and real estate transactions. He speaks English and French.
