Elisa Chemello, a law graduate from the University of Padua, has been working with Studio Legale SAT since 2018. Admitted to the Italian Bar in 2021, she focuses on civil litigation, assisting companies and individuals in various areas of civil law. She has gained particular experience in banking, commercial, and tenancy disputes, litigation involving product liability, and compensation for damages arising from both breaches of contracts and torts. She speaks English.

Sara Zanella graduated in law at the University of Padua; as part of her university education, she attended the University of Granada (Spain) and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of London (UK). She joined Studio Legale Spinazzi Azzarita Troi in 2021. Sara is a qualified lawyer since 2017 and mainly deals with corporate law, mergers&acquisitions and national and international agreements. She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.

Sebastiano Berto, graduated in Law from the University of Padua in December 2020, as part of his university experience he attended the University of Grenoble – Alpes (France). He joined Studio Legale SAT in January 2021. He is a qualified lawyer since 2023 and mainly focuses on real estate, civil and corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and national and international agreements. He primarily deals with corporate and real estate transactions. He speaks English and French.

Matteo Consolaro, graduate in Economics and Business Administration - University of Verona, completed his internship at leading tax offices in Verona and Vicenza. He has been a certified public accountant and auditor since 2008, and for over a decade, he has collaborated with a prominent firm with offices in Milan, Brescia, and Vicenza. His primary focus is on corporate extraordinary transactions and, in general, tax consulting both domestically and internationally. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Extraordinary Transactions Commission dell’Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Vicenza.

After completing a three-year programme in Economics and Business Administration and a Master's degree in Economics and Corporate Law at the University of Verona, Andrea Cenzi became a chartered accountant in November 2014 and a statutory auditor in January 2015. He specialises in tax advice, budgeting and accounting, real estate and business administration. He developed his professional expertise at Studio Zulli Tabanelli in Vicenza. He speaks fluent English.

Chartered accountant since july 2019, he completed the Master Degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Trento and started the training at Studio Lui Bardini, a firm founded in 1931 in Reggiolo. He principally deals with tax consulting, business administration, budgeting and accounting. He speaks English fluently thanks to the Advanced Business Course he attended at the International Language Academy of Canada in Toronto.

Simona Meneguzzo, graduated in Accounting and Finance at the University of Venice (Ca’ Foscari). A chartered accountant since October 2017. She mainly deals with extraordinary corporate operations, but also provides advice on domestic accounting and tax issues in general. She has grown a significant experience in the field of due diligence operations, financial planning and analysis, restructuring operations and companies evaluation.

Alberto Crestale, graduated in "Economics, Markets and Management" from the University of Ferrara in 2019, has been working with Studio Legale Spinazzi Azzarita Troi Genito since May 2020. He has been a chartered accountant since 2022 and mainly deals with tax assistance and consultancy to companies and individuals, business administration, accounting and financial statements. He has some experience in due diligence activities aimed at evaluating companies during extraordinary transactions. He is sensitive to environmental and sustainability matters.

Debora Michelotto, graduated in “Economics and Law” at the University of Padua in 2020. She has been a trainee at Studio legale SAT since January, 2021. She mainly deals with assistance and advice on direct and indirect taxation to companies and individuals. She supports collaborators in Transfer Pricing activities and collaborates in the definition of Share Incentive Plans in favor of employees and management.

Chiara Ferrarese graduated in Law at the University of Padua in 2021. She joined Studio Legale Spinazzi Azzarita Troi Genito in 2022. Chiara is a trainee lawyer and mainly deals with corporate law, mergers&acquisitions, real estate and national and international agreements. She speaks English.
